How to send your instrument back
To return your instrument, please fill out the form below with your name and address and we will post you a return label.
Please leave the instrument stand if you have one with the school
£5 will be taken off your deposit if:
• If your power supply and USB cable is missing or broken
• If your music rest is missing or broken
• If you cannot find the box the instrument came in

To package up the instrument
Put the instrument in the box it came in; if returning a keyboard, put the foam end caps on the ends of the keyboard and package along with the power supply, USB cable and the music rest.
For the guitar and violin, please put the instrument in the bag and then the box..
Seal the box with packing tape.
Drop the box off at the nearest parcel shop to your house which you can find here: https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop#/
When we get the box with the keyboard back, we will refund your deposit.
